Denyse Harris, M.S., OTR/L, Director of Quality Management

Denyse is the director of quality management for Riverside Rehabilitation Hospital. In this role, she is responsible for patient safety, service and quality operations.

With a career that spans almost three decades, Denyse previously served as manager of performance improvement and accreditation readiness and clinical education coordinator for Riverside Regional Hospital and the Riverside Health System. She has also held various positions within the health system, including inpatient, outpatient and assisted living environments serving stroke and brain injury patients.  She began her occupational therapy career at a Department of Veterans Affairs skilled nursing facility.

Denyse earned a bachelor’s in speech-language pathology from James Madison University and a master’s degree in occupational therapy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
